Editorial policy

We write about Flexosamine using details that can be checked: the product packaging and the seller’s information. Every text is reviewed before publication, customer opinions are collected after delivery, and the score we show is an editorial rating, labelled as such.

Our sources

Where a detail is not published — for example the exact amount of each ingredient — we say so neutrally and refer to the pack, rather than filling the gap with guesswork.

  • Product packaging: ingredient list (INCI for the gels), contents (20 capsules or 50 ml), directions and warnings.
  • Seller information: product description, the format sold in each country, promotional price and delivery terms.
  • Nutrient wording: for the vitamins and minerals in the capsules we use only wording permitted in the European Union, for example that vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage.

How texts are checked

  1. Every detail is compared with a photo of the pack or with the seller’s description.
  2. Health-related wording is reviewed so that it describes sensations and comfort, with no promised results or timeframes.
  3. Prices, formats and delivery areas are checked again whenever the seller changes them.
  4. If a reader points out an error, we verify it and correct the page.

How customer opinions are collected

The opinions we publish come from customers who described their experience in the follow-up call after delivery or who wrote to us by email. We show the first name with the initial of the surname and the town, never the phone number or address.

We edit only spelling and length. We do not publish statements crediting the product with resolving a disease, or giving timeframes for results. On product pages we show a selection of opinions, state how many there are in total and link to the page that lists them all.

How the rating is set

The score shown as “Our rating” is an editorial rating, not an average of buyer scores. It is based on five criteria, each on the same 5-point scale: composition, ease of use, presentation, ordering process and value for money.

We score what can be observed: what the pack states, how practical the format is day to day, how the parcel arrives and how ordering with cash on delivery works. A detail the manufacturer does not publish never costs points.

No medical advice

Our texts are not medical advice and do not replace a consultation. Flexosamine is not a medicine; anyone with a diagnosed condition, who is pregnant or who takes medication should ask their doctor first. We explain this in the health notice.

Independence

We are an affiliate site and may receive a commission on orders. That relationship does not change the details we publish: the content is decided by the editorial team, not by the seller.
